As a Clinical Quality Assurance Director, a candidate will be an experienced and
state-licensed RN who will lead in the development, implementation, and ongoing
operation of all Alternatives medical programs.

KALAMAZOO CENTER DIRECTOR
Reports to Executive Director in Kalamazoo
As the Center Director, the candidate will lead daily operations of the local Alternatives Center while building strong community relationships that support fundraising and mission awareness. This role manages local staff, oversees budgets and programs, and ensures all services align with Alternatives’ values. The Center Director develops community donor connections and supports strategic growth.

REGISTERED DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL SONOGRAPHER
Reports to Central Clinic
Director, Clinical Coordinator,
Center Director, and Medical Director
As a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, a candidate should be able to balance technical skills with patient interactions. The main responsibility is to produce images of the limited obstetric ultrasound for the purpose of verifying pregnancy. Also needed are excellent communication skills and the ability to relate with staff and clients in a positive manner.
